Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Full-Time/ Part-Time /Contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Restore Speech & ABA. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in designing behavior intervention plans, supervising RBTs, and providing ABA therapy in a nurturing faith-based environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and ABA programs tailored to individual client needs.
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify the root causes of challenging behaviors.
Provide supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to ensure effective implementation of therapy plans.
Lead and participate in client therapy sessions, including one-on-one ABA therapy and group activities.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and the treatment team to promote open communication and consistent therapy implementation.
Collect and analyze data to evaluate client progress and make necessary program adjustments.
Stay up-to-date with the latest ABA research, best practices, and advancements in the field.
Uphold ethical standards and professional conduct in accordance with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) guidelines.
Foster a supportive and nurturing environment for clients, promoting skill acquisition and behavior reduction.

Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
Previous experience in ABA therapy and behavior analysis.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and the treatment team.
Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
