We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Full-Time/ Part-Time /Contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Restore Speech & ABA. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in designing behavior intervention plans, supervising RBTs, and providing ABA therapy in a nurturing faith-based environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and ABA programs tailored to individual client needs.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify the root causes of challenging behaviors.
- Provide supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to ensure effective implementation of therapy plans.
- Lead and participate in client therapy sessions, including one-on-one ABA therapy and group activities.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and the treatment team to promote open communication and consistent therapy implementation.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate client progress and make necessary program adjustments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ABA research, best practices, and advancements in the field.
- Uphold ethical standards and professional conduct in accordance with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) guidelines.
- Foster a supportive and nurturing environment for clients, promoting skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Previous experience in ABA therapy and behavior analysis.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and the treatment team.
