Job Description

We are looking for an experienced MRI Tech to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Produce quality images in an ever growing outpatient environment
Verify accuracy of patient information and update as required
Maintain clean exam rooms
Partake in quality control measures
Submit complete supply orders to Admin within the allotted time frame
Adhere to any and all policies and procedures per ACR mandates including contrast media and safety
Perform proper intake procedures on patients
Maintain clear and concise documentation for the Radiologist
Properly identify any need for special accommodations

Qualifications/Expectations:

Ability to maintain clear and effective interdepartmental communication
Communicate professionally and effectively with provider offices and patients
Possess fundamental knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codes
Ability to provide exceptional patient care
2+ years of experience preferred, not required
Proficient computer knowledge
Retain reliable transportation
Experience operating a 1.5T scanner
Possess medical background and understand basic terminology
Maintain and abide by all HIPAA regulations
Ability to work varying shifts Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm and Saturdays as needed
Bilingual preferred, not required
