We are currently seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at our Mansfield clinic.

Job Overview:

The Physical Therapist will play a key role in evaluating and treating patients recovering from sports injuries and other musculoskeletal conditions. This role requires a compassionate, results-driven individual with a strong skillset. The ideal candidate will have a desire to work alongside our expert physicians and rehab team and be committed to providing excellent care.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with sports-related injuries and other musculoskeletal conditions.
Provide hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to promote healing and improve patient mobility and function.
Educate patients on proper body mechanics, injury prevention, and home exercise programs to ensure long-term recovery and wellness.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
Document patient progress accurately and thoroughly in compliance with clinic protocols and regulatory standards.
Maintain high standards of professionalism and excellent patient care.
Stay updated with current trends in physical therapy, sports medicine, and orthopedics through continuing education and professional development.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (or eligible for licensure).
Previous experience in sports medicine, orthopedics, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent manual therapy skills and proficiency in a variety of therapeutic techniques.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in patient care and documentation.
