We are currently seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at our Mansfield clinic.
Job Overview:
The Physical Therapist will play a key role in evaluating and treating patients recovering from sports injuries and other musculoskeletal conditions. This role requires a compassionate, results-driven individual with a strong skillset. The ideal candidate will have a desire to work alongside our expert physicians and rehab team and be committed to providing excellent care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with sports-related injuries and other musculoskeletal conditions.
- Provide hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to promote healing and improve patient mobility and function.
- Educate patients on proper body mechanics, injury prevention, and home exercise programs to ensure long-term recovery and wellness.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Document patient progress accurately and thoroughly in compliance with clinic protocols and regulatory standards.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and excellent patient care.
- Stay updated with current trends in physical therapy, sports medicine, and orthopedics through continuing education and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (or eligible for licensure).
- Previous experience in sports medicine, orthopedics, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent manual therapy skills and proficiency in a variety of therapeutic techniques.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in patient care and documentation.
