Partnership Health an outpatient Family Medicine Practice in Somerville, NJ is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a part time position.
Our office offers onsite Physical Therapy, Family Medicine, X-ray, Lab, pharmacy, behavorial health and Chiropractic services to the County workers for Somerville County.
Schedule will be 3 days a week from 11am - 7pm preferably Monday, Wednesday and Friday however these days can be changed.
Duties
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients' mobility and relieve pain
- Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Experience
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- New Jersey State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
