Eden Home Health Care is looking to hire per diem Physical Therapists with geriatric experience. We cater to Medicare Part B services & also offer concierge care. Eden is a PT owned and operated business. We are looking to hire for the Middlesex County.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Completes all patient evaluations and develops the plan of care within guidelines
- Provides services within the scope of practice, as defined by the state laws governing the practice of physical therapy
Qualifications and Skills
- PT licensure from accredited program
- Valid license to practice physical therapy within the state of Massachusetts
- 1-2 years home health experience
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state regulations
- Current CPR/BLS certification
