Behavioral Case Manager
We are seeking a Behavioral Case Manager to join our team! You will provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group or individual settings.

Description: Provide resources and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, their families and guardians in order for the individual to be included in society, live as independently as possible and function at their maximum potential. Job Responsibilities:
- Follow all policies and procedures set forth by the company, Georgia Department of Community Health and Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) rules
- Perform evaluations and assessments to meet the needs of individuals served
- Delegating staff task ,following up that task are complete weekly
- Manage other office staff on day to day roles
- Maintain a percentage of files and oversee all case records are in compliance
- Audit files daily in EMR system, keeping files updated daily
- Very detailed oriented, coordinate meetings with individual, families and guardians, and members of the interdisciplinary team as required
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with individual, families, guardians, state officials and team members
- Time Management, managing task, files, schedules, client files
- Meeting tight deadlines, emails, zoom meetings ,Drafting and conducting staff meetings bi weekly
- Report any suspected abuse, neglect or exploitation immediately to supervisor or department head
- Attention to detail , creating workflows for staff member
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in human services, social work, sociology, psychology
- Hold a valid driver's license
- Maintain auto insurance
- Minimum of 2 years working in a similar position
- 5 Years Experience over Degree
Knowledge and Abilities:
- Experience in Microsoft Office, Excel a plus.
- Fundamental understanding of the state's waiver programs
- Must be able to work collaboratively while meeting individual performance goals
- Must be able to verbally and non - verbally communicate with a broad audience of stakeholders
- Ability and skill to use technology tools in the daily performance of duties
- Understanding of HCBS rules, person-centered planning and other related best practice methods
Pay Scale $25 - $30 per hour.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
- Familiarity with community mental health resources
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong leadership qualities
