● Salary Rate: $125,000 annually, with a billable requirement of 25 hours per week. Billable Hour Requirement and Bonus Structure
1. Billable Hour Requirement: The BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) is required to bill a minimum of 25 hours per week for each week within the given month.
2. Weekly Billing: The BCBA must ensure that the billable hours for each week meet or exceed the 25-hour requirement. If the BCBA fails to meet this weekly requirement, the employer reserves the right to address the discrepancy, including but not limited to adjusting payment or performance review processes.
3. Bonus for Additional Hours: For each month that the BCBA exceeds the 100-hour minimum requirement, a bonus of $75 per additional billable hour will be paid. This bonus will be calculated on the total number of hours billed beyond the 25-hour requirement for that week.
4. Payment: The bonus for excess hours will be paid in the next regular pay cycle following the billing period in which the extra hours were worked.
5. Maximum Bonus: There is no cap on the number of additional billable hours eligible for the bonus, provided that the BCBA continues to meet the weekly minimum requirement of 20 hours.
