Mobile Therapy - In Home Early Intervention OT in Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, Fontana, Chino, Chino Hills, Corona, Norco, Eastvale, and other surrounding areas.

We are looking to hire an Occupational Therapist who enjoys working with families. The ideal candidate for Kay Pediatric Therapy will have strong organizational skills, communicate effectively, maintain the ability to be self-sufficient, be timely, and thoughtful.
Job Duties:
Evaluate, listen, treat, and collaborate.
Help families and clients achieve maximum independence in daily occupations.
Assure continuation of care in designing and instructing patients, families and caregivers in home exercise programs; recommending and/or providing assistive equipment; recommending necessary providers.
Records patient care services by maintaining clear documentation.
Maintains patient confidentiality by following HIPAA standards, keeping information confidential.
Maintains a safe and clean working environment by adhering to infection-control protocols.
Maintains current professional and technical knowledge by attending education workshops; reviewing professional publications.
Complies with federal, state and local legal and certification requirements.
-MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- OTR/L or COTA/L
- California Occupational Therapy License
- NBCOT Registration
- Ability to drive to appointments and/or access virtual appointment platforms
-Pass background check
Job Type: Per Diem <24 hours, Part-time (24 hours)/Full-Time (32 hours)
Pay: $45 - $60.00 per hour (based on licensure & experience)
Schedule:
Determined by therapist and client availability.
Typically M-F, but weekend schedule can be offered as needed.
