Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are seeking a passionate and skilled BCBA to join our growing family of professionals, including experienced Behavior Technicians, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and fellow BCBAs.
Key Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and in good standing with the BACB.
- Proven experience supervising Behavior Technicians and implementing ABA programs in home, school, or agency settings.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- TB, MMR & Tdap clearance
- Bilingual (Spanish) is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality ABA services to individuals and families in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and ensure their effective implementation.
- Provide dynamic and engaging training for parents and staff, including interactive and lecture-based formats.
- Supervise behavior technicians, monitor session quality, and provide timely feedback and support.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including parents, educators, and other professionals.
- Participate in staff evaluations and quarterly performance reviews.
- Report to the Clinical Director with updates on case progress and team performance.
- Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and best practices in ABA therapy.
