FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Tomball South is seeking compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapists to join our team in both Full & Part-Time roles. At FYZICAL Tomball, the satisfaction of our clients is vital to our success, and the professional and personal fulfillment of our staff is equally important. Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Perform new patient evaluations and examinations
- Determine necessary PT based on prescriptions, referrals, patient conditions, and records
- Plan, prepare, and administer treatment programs based on evaluation of patient data
- Evaluate and record the effects of treatment at various stages and adjust to achieve maximum benefit
- Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuum of care
- Keep timely documentation including but not limited to daily notes, weekly reports, initial evaluations, and discharge summaries
- Communicate with referring physicians
Successful Candidates Must Have:
- Current Texas PT license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- One year of experience in adult outpatient and clinical settings is preferred
- Experience with vestibular/post-concussion patient population is preferred but not required
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Passion for learning and working with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk patient patients
