Position Overview:
As an LMFT in our practice, you will have the flexibility to manage your own caseload of clients, working with individuals, couples, and families dealing with a variety of challenges. You will benefit from a steady stream of referrals from our successful marketing program, but we’re looking for someone who is also willing to market themselves and build a strong personal brand to attract their ideal clients. Whether you prefer part-time or full-time hours, you will have the autonomy to design your schedule to fit your needs and your clients' needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy, addressing a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
- Manage your own schedule, creating work hours that fit both your personal life and client needs.
- Take ownership of your client marketing, utilizing our proven marketing program along with your own unique strategies to build your caseload.
- Collaborate with the team and attend practice meetings to stay aligned with best practices and client care.
- Enjoy the support of a vibrant, professional practice while maintaining your independence.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in FL.
- Experience in providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families (preferred).
- Self-motivated with the ability to market yourself and build a client base (support available).
- Comfortable with a flexible schedule and managing your own hours.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively and provide high-quality therapy.
