We are a small practice offering high quality and effective clinical services to patients. As the owner, I still see patients and am also an international trainer and consultant for Functional Family Therapy, LLC. I have 19 years of clinical experience and am trained in a variety clinical modalities, including EMDR, Hypnotherapy and CPT for PTSD. My practice has an excellent reputation and receives a steady flow of referrals.
Qualified applicants will hold a current and valid license to practice therapy in the state of Pennsylvania (LCSW, LPC or LMFT). Prior to seeing clients, applicant must possess professional liability insurance and child abuse, criminal history and FBI clearances. Part-time and full-time positions available with competitive reimbursement rate. The office is shared; therefore, the days the office is available to you will be fixed, but within the framework of days you have the office - your schedule is flexible and your own to make. Practice owner will assist with credentialing, provide a HIPAA-compliant and efficient database for electronic files and will provide case consult and offers office space with wifi, a printer and a file for charts. Practice owner will also be able to provide some free-to-staff CEU's in-house. We are looking for therapists with compassion for all clients, enthusiasm about this profession and a drive for ongoing clinical growth and development. No experience needed, as I believe in the development of new therapists, as well as the wisdom of experienced clinicians. Pay will be a percentage ranging from 50-60% of reimbursement from sessions will go to you (depending on level of experience).
Therapists are expected to:
- dress in semi-formal business attire minimally.
- evaluate and treat clients based on client need
- document progress notes in TherapyNotes within one week of session
- maintain CEU's and licensure
- practice within their profession's Code of Ethics
The office is decorated tastefully, has a private waiting room for clients, is handicap accessible, and has a large window with natural light. The office building is located close to Moravian College with free and ample parking in the back of the building. Coffeeshops and restaurants are conveniently located on the same block.
