We are looking for a psychologist to join our team and support the well-being of our customers.
A Psychologist’s responsibilities include evaluating customers and gathering their history before diagnosing issues that need attention through the use of tests to develop a treatment plan to ensure the health and success of your customers. They will interview customers and perform psychological tests to get a clearer idea of their mental health issues.
Ultimately, you will provide psychotherapy/counseling options for people to understand themselves better while helping others identify ways to change their behaviors and alleviate problems in their lives.
You should have/be.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in clinical psychology with a board certified clinical psychologist license
- Specialist in child clinical psychologist is preferred.
- Ability to perform IQ test and projective psychological test.
- Must have experience working as a psychologist at least 4 years.
- Ability to pass a thorough customer’s background check.
- Have strong working knowledge for example understand psychodynamic of customer or can perform case formulation.
- Superior listening ability and emotional intelligence.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Working and be a part of multidisciplinary care team
- Working 30 - 40 hours per week, may have to come to work on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, depend on duty at the Ooca Clinic
Requirements
- Use knowledge of psychological theory and practice
- Help clients address mental health concerns or adjust their behaviors.
- Exhibit superior communication skills to uncover complicated mental health issues.
- Help individuals address underlying behavioral issues.
- Empathize with a wide range of people and focus on the needs of your customers.
- Develop and recommend psychotherapy plans based on patient needs and diagnosis.
- Provide referrals when necessary for additional care, evaluation, or psychotherapy.
- Develop a psychotherapy plan, measure progress against the plan, and make adjustments as needed.
- Complete all necessary clinical documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
- Coordinate and communicate with Psychiatrist, Clinic Manager and other stakeholders about treatment and care.
- Working online through video call on the Ooca platform and on-site at the Ooca clinic.
- Perform all other duties assigned by manager or reporting line.
- Participate in clinic's marketing activities or campaigns
- Participate in service design related to clinic and company as a psychology expert
