Position: Full-Time - Lead Dentist
Start Date: As Soon As Possible
Salary: Commission starts with 42% plus a management fee paid fortnightly.
Are you an experienced dentist looking for a new opportunity to lead and make a difference? Well-established dental practice in Adelaide is seeking a dedicated Lead Dentist to join their busy team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 3 OHT's and 4 Dentists, ensuring high standards of care and teamwork.
- Deliver comprehensive dental services, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic treatments.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Oversee and mentor junior dentists and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and protocols.
- Foster a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Dentistry
- A minimum of 7 years of Australian experience
- Experience and confidence delivering complex treatment plans. Experience with Ortho or Implants would be advantageous
- Ability to motivate team members and implement changes
- Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain positive patient relationships.
