Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to emergency calls from Italian-speaking customers seeking roadside assistance.
- Assess the situation and provide guidance to customers while dispatching appropriate services.
- Communicate effectively to ensure customers feel supported and informed throughout the assistance process.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and service requests in the company's system.
- Work closely with the roadside assistance team and local service providers to deliver timely solutions.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge of roadside assistance protocols.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Previous experience in customer service or emergency assistance is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
- A commitment to providing exceptional service and support to clients.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
