As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering prompt and effective assistance to Slovak-speaking clients, ensuring their safety and peace of mind.
Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency calls from Slovak-speaking customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Evaluate the situation and provide clear guidance while coordinating with appropriate service teams.
- Provide compassionate customer support, ensuring clients feel secure and informed during distressing situations.
- Log all customer interactions and service requests accurately in the company database.
- Collaborate with local service providers to ensure efficient and swift response times.
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance your skills in customer service and roadside assistance techniques.
- Offer insights and suggestions for improving service effectiveness and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluent in Slovak and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to relate to clients in stressful situations.
- Capability to maintain composure under pressure and problem-solve effectively.
- Previous experience in customer support or emergency services is a plus.
- Proactive mindset with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
