In this important role, you will be the primary support for customers experiencing roadside emergencies in various Nordic languages (Finnish, Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian). Requirements
- Fluency in any Nordic language (Finnish, Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian) is essential.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in urgent situations.
- Prior experience in customer service or emergency assistance is a plus.
- Ability to manage stressful situations with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
- Comfortable using technology and digital communication tools.
