About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Healthcare Consulting and Project Manager to join our team which requires strategic consulting expertise with marketing insight, focusing on improving both the internal operations and external image of healthcare industry.
As the Healthcare Consulting and Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in project management, ensuring the successful delivery of all consulting engagements. You will also be identifying opportunities, prospecting, and pitching to potential clients in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Oversee all aspects of project delivery, from project initiation to successful completion, ensuring high-quality and timely execution
- Manage overall project including designing, budgets, resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects are executed within scope and meet or exceed client expectations
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify clients’ objective and deliver the most appropriate result
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and our external expert network to gather insights, develop solutions, and design customized healthcare consulting projects tailored to clients' needs
- Build and maintain a strong network of key stakeholders, industry influencers, and decision-makers to enhance the quality of project outcome
Thought Leadership and Industry Expertise:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes within the healthcare sector to drive thought leadership
- Leverage your subject matter expertise to provide valuable insights to clients and internal teams, positioning VentureBlick as a trusted advisor in the healthcare industry
Partnership development of VentureBlick Discovery platform:
- Conducting outbound and inbound partnerships to acquire new users (Innovators, Distributors, Investors, Advisors, Partners)
- Identifying, establishing, and strengthening partnerships to activate the platform
- Management and improvement of consulting projects conducted through the platform
- Managing and communicating with existing network and new users
- Enhancing user experience in the platform from onboarding, handling and communication for users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams deriving improvement insights based on customer feedback
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique challenges and goals to deliver tailored solutions
- Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication, addressing concerns, and continuously seeking opportunities to add value
Who You Are
- Fluency in both Korean and English is absolutely essential
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus; a PhD would be an even bigger plus
- Proven track record of working at a healthcare-focused consulting firm or in the healthcare practice of a management consulting firm or in an internal corporate strategy/marketing role or market access role at a medical device company or a research analyst in the financial industry (5~10 years ideally)
- The ability to independently execute hands-on projects
- Solid background in academic or scientific research
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, pitching, and winning new healthcare consulting clients would be highly advantageous
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including healthcare providers, payers, regulatory environment, and industry challenges
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for driving growth and creating impactful business opportunities
- Understanding of the start-up ecosystem is a big plus
