Responsibilities
- Handle emergency calls from Czech-speaking customers with quick and professional responses.
- Assess emergency situations and provide clear, supportive guidance while coordinating with service teams.
- Ensure that clients feel supported and well-informed through the roadside assistance process.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and service requests in the company’s database.
- Collaborate with local service providers to deliver timely assistance and solutions.
- Engage in continuous training to improve your knowledge and skills in roadside assistance services.
- Contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and feedback.
Requirements
- Fluent in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong customer service orientation with exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure during emergency situations.
- Previous experience in customer service or emergency assistance roles is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to support.
- A commitment to excellence in customer care and service delivery.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
