Patrique Mercier Recruitment JP is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Czech-speaking Emergency Roadside Assistance team in a remote capacity while based in Greece! This unique position allows you to provide essential support to customers experiencing roadside emergencies, all from the comfort of your home. By leveraging your language skills, you will be the first point of contact for Czech-speaking clients, helping them navigate their challenges with empathy and professionalism. Responsibilities
- Take emergency calls from Czech-speaking customers and respond with urgency and professionalism.
- Assess customers' situations and provide guidance while coordinating with local service providers.
- Ensure that all interactions are documented accurately in the company's CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of empathy and support to help clients feel secure during emergencies.
- Collaborate with the remote team to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay current on best practices in roadside assistance and customer service.
- Gather customer feedback to help drive improvements in service quality.
Requirements
- Fluent in Czech and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle stressful situations effectively.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
- Previous experience in customer service or emergency assistance is highly desirable.
- Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively in a remote environment.
- Commitment to providing exceptional service and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
