Talentspoc LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cardiac Anesthesiologist. In this critical role, you will provide specialized anesthesia care for patients undergoing cardiac surgeries and procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort before, during, and after surgery.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments for cardiac patients, reviewing medical histories and performing necessary examinations
- Develop individualized anesthesia plans according to the unique needs of each patient
- Administer anesthesia during cardiac surgical procedures and continuously monitor the patient’s vital signs
- Utilize advanced monitoring techniques such as central lines and transesophageal echocardiography to ensure patient stability
- Manage hemodynamic parameters and adjust anesthesia as necessary during surgery
- Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff to ensure optimal surgical outcomes
- Address any complications related to anesthesia and provide immediate care as needed
- Oversee patient recovery from anesthesia, ensuring effective pain management and monitoring
- Keep abreast of the latest advancements in cardiac anesthesia practices and technologies
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited university
- Residency training in Anesthesiology
- Fellowship training in Cardiac Anesthesia preferred
- A current and valid medical license
- At least 3 years of experience in Cardiac Anesthesia
- Strong proficiency in managing anesthesia for complex cardiac surgeries
- Expertise in invasive monitoring techniques and cardiovascular pharmacology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
