Micah Solutions FZE is seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinic Manager to lead the healthcare facility operations. A renowned hospital is expanding its success story to Al Ain after five years of excellence in Abu Dhabi! In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily management of the clinic, ensuring efficient patient care delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You will coordinate with medical and administrative staff to foster a collaborative environment that enhances patient experiences and outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations of the clinic, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement clinic policies, protocols, and standards to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of clinical and administrative staff, providing coaching and professional development opportunities.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize patient flow and enhance access to services.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and safety protocols.
- Oversee financial performance, including billing processes and budget management.
- Build positive relationships with patients, staff, and stakeholders to promote clinic services.
- Engage in community outreach and marketing initiatives to enhance clinic visibility.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Clinic Manager or in a similar management role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a specialty clinic or outpatient care setting.
- Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems and practice management software.
- Experience in quality improvement initiatives or clinical accreditation processes.
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus
