Ontime Group is searching for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development/Sales professional to join our team for an Aesthetic Clinic in Dubai. In this role, you will be instrumental in promoting our aesthetic services and expanding our client base.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the aesthetic and beauty industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends within the aesthetic sector
- Develop and present customized sales strategies and proposals to prospective clients
- Collaborate with medical and cosmetic teams to provide tailored solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets
- Monitor competitors and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the clinic's services
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences
Requirements
- Proven experience in Business Development/Sales within the aesthetic or beauty industry
- Strong understanding of aesthetic treatments and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
