Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the development of hospitality projects, from initial concept through to completion, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s strategic goals.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and feasibility studies to guide project decisions and development strategies.
- Collaborate with designers, architects, and contractors to create innovative and appealing hospitality offerings.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations, ensuring efficient execution and operational excellence.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including hotel operators, investors, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices in hospitality development.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Real Estate Development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in the hospitality development sector, with a focus on hotel and resort development.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale hospitality projects from concept through completion.
- Strong understanding of local and international hospitality trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
