Ontime Group is actively seeking an Arabic-speaking Receptionist with experience in an aesthetic clinic to join our team. This role is critical in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a friendly, welcoming environment for our diverse clientele.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist clients, both Arabic and English-speaking, as they enter the clinic
- Manage incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and maintain the clinic's calendar
- Provide accurate information about aesthetic services and procedures offered
- Assist clients with the check-in process, including completing necessary forms and updating records
- Ensure the reception area and waiting room are clean, organized, and comfortable
- Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and assist with insurance verifications as required
- Work collaboratively with the clinic team to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction
- Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and understanding
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Receptionist in an aesthetic clinic or relevant setting
- Fluency in Arabic and English is a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Experience with appointment scheduling and managing clinic operations
- Proficient in computer applications and electronic health records systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
