Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and qualify healthcare professionals for various positions.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to identify top talent.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Ensure a smooth hiring process by providing excellent communication and follow-ups.
- Meet hiring goals and deadlines set by the company.
Requirements
- Proven experience in healthcare recruiting (minimum 2 years).
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing experience (LinkedIn Recruiter preferred).
- Excellent written and spoken English (clear, professional, and fluent).
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace (No background noise, children, or interruptions).
- Must be mentally and emotionally stable to handle the demands of recruiting.
