- Maintain detailed records of each interaction and follow up diligently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet hiring targets and fulfill client needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cold calling or recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or healthcare environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Resilient, goal-oriented, and comfortable with high call volume.
- Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
