Schedule: Day Shift (6:30AM to 3:30AM Manila Time)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
· At least 6 Months experience in a customer service or customer facing role
· Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook)
· Excellent verbal and written communication
What will you do?
· The role is designed to support the Front desk team of all the medical practices
· The tasks involved are crucial to the day to day running of each medical practice
· Attend to patient calls to book appointment in the system
· Set expectations with patients before coming for the appointment (i.e., inform if there is any additional fee to pay for procedures, complete forms, etc.)
· Add notes in Patient’s file/ Appointment Notes if there is any important info that the doctors, nurses, reception should know
· Effective coordination with Reception Team
· Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures
· Other tasks as directed
· Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to patients
· Up sell additional services as need arises
· Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied with the service provided
· Liaise with Practice Managers, Senior Medical Receptionists and Medical Receptionists
· Attend periodic team meetings
· Closely work with other team members to ensure continuity of task delivery during leaves of absence
