The role you’ll contribute:
The Learning Alignment Specialist plays a key role in supporting organizational online learning strategies by coordinating with stakeholders across regions and facilities to manage learning projects effectively. This role is responsible for tracking project schedules, facilitating communication, and conducting regular progress reviews to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, the Learning Alignment Specialist addresses challenges, collaborates with teams to maintain project momentum, and ensures the successful implementation of learning initiatives.

Coordinates with stakeholders across regions and facilities to ensure alignment on learning project objectives.

Manages project schedules, timelines, and deliverables to maintain progress and meet organizational goals.

Tracks the status of learning initiatives and provides regular updates to key stakeholders.

Conducts regular check-ins with regional and departmental leads to identify and address blockers.

Ensures alignment between regional learning strategies and overarching organizational goals.

Facilitates communication and collaboration across teams to enhance project success.

Supports the development and implementation of learning content optimization strategies.

Leverages data to monitor the effectiveness of learning initiatives and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
-
2 years in project coordination, learning technologies, or instructional design in a corporate environment
-
Knowledge of learning management systems and online learning strategies.
-
Strong organizational and project management skills, including timeline and task coordination.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
-
Proficiency in tracking tools and software for project status and deliverables.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Business, Educational Technology, or a related field

Experience with Saba and/or Workday Learning platforms.

Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Power BI.
-
Familiarity with project management tools.
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, OR REGISTRATION PREFERRED:

Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI
-
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
-
Agile Project Management certification
