The role you’ll contribute:
The Learning Alignment Lead is responsible for ensuring organizational online learning content is effectively aligned with strategic goals, meets quality standards, and provides an engaging and equitable experience for all learners. This role focuses on optimizing and governing learning content, ensuring that duplications are eliminated, and the most effective versions of courses are utilized. It also involves providing expertise in learning management systems (LMS) and working collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization to address learning needs and promote continuous improvement.

Ensures learning content adheres to quality standards and aligns with organizational goals and learner needs.

Collaborates with stakeholders to identify and resolve content gaps and improve learner engagement.

Manages the elimination of duplicate or outdated courses and promotes the use of best-in-class course versions.

Provides expertise and support for LMS usage, including reporting, and optimization.

Partners with cross-functional teams to align content development and delivery strategies with organizational priorities.

Conduct regular audits of learning content to identify opportunities for improved categorization and metadata tagging.

Analyzes learning outcomes and provides data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Ensures compliance with organizational and industry standards for online learning.

Maintain a centralized repository of learning content metadata, ensuring its accuracy and accessibility.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
-
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Business, or a related field
-
3 years of experience in learning technologies, instructional design, or related fields.
-
Strong project management and organizational skills, including resource and timeline management.
-
Knowledge of instructional design principles, online learning standards, and course optimization techniques.
-
Experience with learning management systems, including reporting and configuration.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
-
Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Business, Educational Technology, or a related field.

Proficiency in Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
-
Experience in taxonomy development, metadata management, or content governance in a digital learning environment.
-
Experience managing project management software to track progress, resources, and outcomes.
-
Familiarity with tools and methodologies for content classification, such as metadata schemas and controlled vocabularies.

Experience with Saba and/or Workday Learning LMS platforms.
