Position Summary
Aetna is recruiting for a Project and Product Manager to work in Stop Loss who is responsible for driving internal projects and product capabilities from initiation through completion. This person will collaborate and communicate across the underwriting, actuarial, finance, product, sales, account management and marketing teams to execute projects and initiatives.

Representing the intentions, priorities and voice of Stop Loss in facilitating the execution of projects. Able to voice recommendations and facilitate decisions on behalf of the organization.

Leads the execution and development of business cases tied to Stop Loss and champions them across the enterprise. Collaborates with business partners including finance, product, and marketing to ensure any potential risks are identified and minimized.

Coordinating all communication and training needs of new capabilities

Cataloging a Stop Loss product strategy, outline key objectives, detail prioritized initiatives, and organize a roadmap.

Working with cross-functional partners like Sales to prepare and maintain product enhancements priority list.

Aggregate customer, member and broker/consultant feedback, and regulatory changes to enable leadership to consider potential impacts to product strategy.
Required Qualifications

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
