Our PT Aide role that we're looking to fill is a Management level position. The admin portion of the job is roughly 60% - confirming benefits, scheduling, answering texts, and managing relationships. We have a true team and we all look after each other. The other roughly 40% is assisting on the floor with PT activities - stretching, strengthening, tractions, therapies - so you're on your feet and engaged with people all day.
Hours are long, pay is awesome, environment is upbeat and fun. We pay for uniforms, time off is excellent right from the start, bonuses start day one. Year two income potential is greater than $60,000.
