Job Description

The Siskin Group is looking for a Physical Therapist to join a Physical Therapy clinic located in El Cajon, San Diego.

Our client is patient driven and provides quality care to a diverse group of patients. Our client also provides orthopedic and massage therapy, functional therapy and sports rehabilitation services. Join this team of caring and competent professionals as they strive to improve the health and wellbeing of the community they serve.

This is a part-time or full-time position.

Salary Range:

New graduates - $40.00 to $45.00 per hour

Experienced candidates - $55.00 to $60.00 per hour

Education and Experience:

Current state license or certification as a Physical Therapist
Experience in Rehabilitation and Patient Care
Strong background in Medicine and Physical Therapy
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar role

Skills and Abilities:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Organizational skills
Proficient computer skills. Experience using EMR systems
Ability to work well in a team

Responsibilities:

Provide patient care
Implement rehabilitation programs
Create personalized treatment plans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Physical Demands:

Occasional standing and sitting while working
Requires full range of body movements, involves bending, and manual dexterity
