Job Summary:
As a Physical Therapy Aide, you will play a vital role in patient care by assisting Physical Therapists with treatment plans and managing clinic operations. Your contributions will ensure an exceptional patient experience, embodying Spine Team Texas mission of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support Physical Therapists with patient rehabilitation and treatment plans
· Perform clerical tasks
· Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning therapy department
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, or related field (preferred).
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively
