Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving patient outcomes. You will assess, plan, and implement treatment programs tailored to individual needs, helping patients regain mobility and enhance their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations to determine patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and rehabilitation.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and preventive care strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay current with the latest research and advancements in physical therapy.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
- Valid state license to practice physical therapy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Previous experience in Sports, Orthopedics, and Pain Management is a plus.
