Physical Therapist needed to make home visits and manage care for patients in their home in the metro Denver area.
Responsibilities:
- provide physical therapy services to clients in their homes in the Denver metro area
- one-on-one care
- develop and implement treatment plans
- emphasis on rehab from an injury or maintenance so clients can stay in their homes
- provide care as ordered by the physician
