***$1,000 signing bonus*** We are looking for an individual who is passionate about working with individuals diagnosed with mental illness, intellectual disability, or drug and alcohol addiction.
Responsibilities:
- Engages with and advocates for individuals diagnosed with mental illnesses and assists individuals in accessing services and supports including mental health services, substance use services, housing and basic living needs, medical care, education, and employment.
- Develop an individual service plan with each individual, at least once every 6 months, which focuses on consumer strengths, interests, and goals, in order to encourage consumers to utilize available resources.
- Spends the majority of the workday providing face-to-face contact with individuals and families in the Lower Bucks County community.
- Coordinates services provisions obtained through, but not limited to, MH programs, hospitals, vocational and educational providers, and residential rehabilitation facilities, and participates in treatment planning meetings.
- Provides support and assists with resolution during crisis situations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with major course work in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, other related social sciences, criminal justice, theology, nursing, counseling, or education
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive compact company vehicle.

Salary: $35,200 start, increase at 90 days, potential for productivity bonus up to $1,000 per month
