**Your Role:**
- Collaborate seamlessly with fellow ABA service providers.
- Serve as a mentor and role model for RBTs, exemplifying clinical best practices.
- Guide the delivery of high-quality comprehensive ABA services by making informed decisions backed by data.
- Exercise clinical judgment to meet learner needs, promoting meaningful progress.
- Facilitate staff training, identifying crucial training needs and crafting effective training models.
- Contribute to transparent client progress through meticulous documentation of behavior services and outcomes.

**What We Seek:**
- Active BCBA certification.
- Capability to handle repeated lifting of 35 lbs.
- Successful clearance of background checks, health screenings, immunizations, and drug tests.
