Regional Clinical Director - Full-Time
Our company has an immediate need for an experienced BCBA and a director to help lead our amazing team of BCBAs. This position is in Valdosta, GA.
Regional Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of 3 areas in Georgia. Experience as a director is required as well as clinical experience.

Duties:
- Carry a part time caseload in Valdosta/Lakeland
- Develop and oversee clinical curriculum for the company
- Provide oversight and mentorship to BCBA Directors in each area. Teaching them how to assign cases, what is standard of care and how to properly balance medical necessity with business growth.
- Review BSPs before they are sent for Insurance
- Oversee clinical interview process
- Assist with hiring of BCBAs when necessary
- Performance management of BCBAs (clinical performance)
- Lead weekly clinical meetings for BCBA Directors
- Auditing treatment plans, programming, and ensuring clinical quality across the board
- Ensure compliance with applicable funders
- This position requires travel to Warner Robins, Thomasville
- This position is hybrid- 3 workdays in Valdosta/Lakeland clinic, 2 work from home days. It can be structured per client needs as well.
Education and Experience:
○ Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
○ Current BCBA certification REQUIRED.
○ Candidates must have 5 years or more of BCBA experience and at least 3 year of management experience within a clinic setting.
○ Preferred Regional Director experience but will accept Clinical Director experience.
○ Candidates must provide references.
