We are seeking a full-time Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist with an interest in sales who will be responsible for providing quality service to patients along their hearing journey. Responsibilities include hearing tests with the ability to identify hearing loss, consultations, sales of hearing aid products and accessories, fittings, and follow-up care while maintaining a successful and profitable office. Thus, providing our patients with the best solutions for their hearing loss and lifestyle.

You will:
· Ensure the Customer Experience is the Top Priority
· Administer hearing test procedures in accordance with American Hearing Aid Center guidelines and all applicable Georgia and federal laws
· Conduct sales of Hearing Aids and Accessories according to American Hearing Aid Center guidelines. This includes recommending, fitting, and dispensing based on the patient needs and desires.
· Educate and counsel patients continuously throughout the hearing aid journey
· Collaborate with Owners to assist with financial success of the office.
· Oversee New and Retention Marketing efforts within the office, in coordination with Company Advertising. This includes following new leads and working previous leads along with the customer database.
You will need:
· Education: High school diploma or equivalent
· Valid Georgia Licensure with license in good-standing or eligible for GA dispensing licensure with the ability to pass licensure within an agreed upon time period.
· Knowledge of basic computer skills, Excel, patient management software, NOAH and Inspire
· Preferred 1 year or more of Sales Experience
· Good problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required
· Willingness to travel between offices
· Engage with the community through outreach events
