Requirements
· Masters in ABA or related field from an accredited school
· Clean background check
· CPR/BLS Certification, in person course
· BCBA Certified through the BACB

Responsibilities
· Conduct intakes for new clients
· Write Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
· Conduct Parent Training
· Conduct Staff Training
· Write programs using assessments (ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, PDDBI, AFLS, Etc.)
· Write reports and updates
· Graph and analyze data
· Update Behavior plans and programs based on data
· Supervise RBTs
· Keep certification up to date based on the BACB requirements
· Create schedules/calendars
· Maintain an organized clean workspace
· Maintain a Professional Appearance (Think Pre-K Teacher)
· Provide direct therapy when needed
