Autism Companion Services, LLC is seeking a BCBA to add to their team that encompasses our vision of dedication, heart, and collaboration to improve the lives of children with Autism. Autism Companion Services (ACS) provides ABA services in center, home, and school settings.
We believe strongly that our mission is one that not only centers on the individual with autism, but the whole family. It's pretty simple! However, our mission is our passion, and we carry that out each day.
As BCBA with Autism Companion Services, you will hold a caseload of 7-8 clients. Other professional opportunities such as collaborating with other disciplines, serving schools, and assisting in support group therapy are fulfilling and help to build experience. Our center is located in the historical district of New Augusta.
We provide a meaningful and impactful opportunity to participate in a home-like atmosphere, classroom-like environments, as well as the community setting, as needed. We value our staff and invest in their professional development, financial future, and workplace culture. We are a small center and do not plan to grow into other business location sites.
We pride ourselves with a low to no drama policy and low therapist turnover.

Knowledge and Behaviors Needed
This position requires the candidate to have a minimum of a master’s degree in applied behavior analysis and hold an active status as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
The employee must have:

•\tThe ability to follow through on given directions in a timely manner.
•\tLeadership attributes and patience.
•\tThe ability to interact well with children.
•\tThe ability to work cooperatively as a therapy team member.

•\tSolid written and verbal communication skills.
•\tIn clinic, home or school experience
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, the following:
•\tProvide supervision of behavior technicians working with clients.
•\tIdentify, define, and deliver training activities as needed that provide instruction on Applied Behavior Analysis, discrete trial teaching techniques, management of challenging behaviors, child development and data collection techniques applicable to the client population.
•\tConduct RBT competency initials and renewals.
•\tInput, analyze and modify client’s programming on the electronic database Catalyst.
•\tLead the training and competency checklists for new and existing behavior technicians to ensure quality, high standard work within the ACS organization.
•\tConduct parent training at least monthly with each client’s family.
•\tCommunicate and collaboration professionally and concisely with our leadership team and therapists.
•\tPrepare and facilitate team meetings.
•\tIntroduce and train new client programs for assigned clients.
•\tDevelop behavior intervention plans based on the functional behavior assessment for each client.
•\tMonitor and revise behavior intervention plans as needed.
•\tAssist with daily changes and updates to schedule as children and/or staff are out due to illness, vacation, etc.

•\tHave a positive relationship with families, children, staff and others from diverse backgrounds.
•\tGive and receive feedback from peers and supervisory staff.
•\tBe self started, cultivating relationships with colleagues in an offsite location.
