Northern Light Medical Management is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Clinical Operations with experience specifically in hospital-based radiology, to oversee the administrative operations of our Healthcare Clients organizations in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of leadership in a hospital-based operations environment.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in radiologic technology, healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.
- Education in business administration is required, i.e. BS/BA. MBA/ MHA is preferred
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in radiology operations, with at least 5 years of leadership experience in a Radiology practice or hospital imaging department.
-Hospital based radiology experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of imaging modalities, quality assurance processes, and regulatory requirements
- Proven experience in project management and budget oversight.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in software and other relevant radiology technological tools.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensures all day-to-day operations are running smoothly between all Northern Light Radiology Associate radiology operations.
- Oversees and manages NLRA Physicians working for our Healthcare clients in your region and ensures they have the support and tools needed to be successful
- Works with Hospital Directors for policy identification, implementation, and training of policies and compliance
- Supports providers with onboarding, training, questions regarding organization processes.
- Works with COO and other Northern Light Officers regarding site-specific metrics and operational opportunities for continuous improvement
- Collaborates with Hospital Directors around operational processes to ensure best practice guidelines are met throughout the network.
- Directs and oversees implementation of strategic plans, budgets, and the overall operations to enhance growth, achievement of high customer service ratings, and profitability. Maintains awareness and sensitivity to regional demographics and issues that affect growth and program development.
- Coordinates with Finance, Human Resources, and other administrative departments to achieve strategic and budgetary goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define the clinical development strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Oversee the planning, execution, and management of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
