JOB SUMMARY:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed protocols.
- Perform diagnostic tests and collect samples for laboratory analysis.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities.
- Assist with procedures and treatments as directed by healthcare providers.
- Provide patient education and support on health conditions, medications, and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective and coordinated patient care.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
- Follow all policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Valid nursing license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
- Previous nursing experience is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing procedures and practices.
- Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Ability to administer medications and perform treatments according to established protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
