Responsibilities:
- Act as the main contact for clients, providing timely and effective support by resolving issues, answering questions, and offering optimal solutions and recommendations.
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, including clinical staff training on the use of products and services, to ensure successful implementation and workflow integration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical professionals, understanding their needs, goals, and challenges, and proactively addressing them to enhance customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to increase product utilization.
- Leverage your nursing and clinical research background to provide clients with insights and recommendations that optimize the use of LVIS solutions in specific clinical environments.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to identify opportunities for product and service improvement.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to convey customer needs, ensuring alignment between product development and client requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to provide clients with the latest insights.
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records to facilitate seamless communication and support.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in Nursing, Public Health, Digital Health Regulatory Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical pathology settings or hospitals.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear insights and recommendations.
- Familiarity with clinical workflows and the integration of digital health solutions into healthcare settings.
- A proactive and startup-driven mindset, with a strong desire to execute and achieve results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
- Familiarity with digital health technologies and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
