What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Experience in data entry, administrative roles, or IT-related projects.
- Knowledge of IT systems or equipment.
- Familiarity with non-profit or disability service organizations is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong attention to detail.
What will you do?
- Data Verification: Contact site representatives to confirm and validate IT equipment details, site contact information, and location data.
- Data Management: Accurately update and maintain project data in an Excel spreadsheet.
- Communication: Follow up with site representatives to resolve discrepancies and collect missing details.
- Reporting: Track progress, escalate challenges, and provide updates to the Project Manager.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive data responsibly and maintain accuracy throughout the project lifecycle
