Position Summary
This position directly supports the Strategic Partnership's organization mission to strengthen relationships with our producer partners and support the achievement of Aetna’s growth and retention objectives. Individuals in this role will be responsible for the administration of Aetna’s contracts with General Agents as well as producer incentive programs including program setup, model-building, communication, training, payment administration and ,when needed, reconciliation as well as other ad-hoc relevant projects.
Fundamental Components

Manages all aspects of General Agent contracting, inclusive of rate analyses, term changes, vesting procedures.

Responsible for timely, accurate and effective administration of incentive programs in coordination with staff both inside and outside of own work area.

Tracks progress and communicates project status on a regular basis to all impacted parties.

Performs financial and operational analysis and reporting of incentive program results.

Responds to issues and questions concerning incentive plan design, policies, metrics and payments with a sense of urgency.

Manages development and distribution of training, presentation and other materials for incentive program rollouts.

Fields challenging and complex Segment and/or Market inquiries and provides escalation support.

Supports the ongoing review, evaluation and modeling of new or updated incentive programs.

Identifies gaps and recommends process improvements to new/existing incentive programs, processes, projects or workflows.

Acts as subject matter expert and participates in incentive-related projects.

Proactively leads assigned projects by creating project timeline, identifying key milestones and identifying additional resources needed to successfully complete the work.

Acts as an advocate for change; may require influencing others to see the value in project.

Drives and enforces a culture of compliance with both internal and external partners.
Required Qualifications
-
1-3 years experience in data/business analytics, strategic business planning, managing large data sets and/or reporting and analyses

1-3 years of experience in Excel (x lookups) OR Access (link tables and write queries)

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
