Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physical therapists in implementing tailored treatment plans for clients recovering from orthopedic injuries or surgeries
- Educate clients on therapeutic exercises, mobility strategies, and techniques to promote healing and improve function
- Monitor client progress, providing feedback to the physical therapy team and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely records of client treatments and outcomes
- Uphold a friendly, professional, and patient-focused approach in all interactions
